"The testimony of Jesus" just means the story of Jesus - His life, ministry, and miracles.
"The spirit of prophecy" means that sharing the story of Jesus isn't just talking about what has happened in the past, but it is also sharing in a "spirit of prophecy" what God wants to do again in the future.
